Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a self-report questionnaire designed to  make Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. MBTI® results identify valuable differences between normal, healthy people, differences that can be the source of much misunderstanding and miscommunication.

The Leadership Plus Report Combining Your MBTI ® and LPI ® Results   helps individuals explore and understand how they can use knowledge of their personality type to develop as leaders who engage in the behaviors relate to The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®—a powerful leadership development model created by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, authors of the best-selling book The Leadership Challenge. When you integrate findings from the LPI Feedback Report with results from the MBTI assessment, the intersection of personality preferences with applied behavior practices offers insights that individuals can use as the basis for further development and action planning.

The Leadership Plus Report features three comprehensive sections with in-depth insights:

  • Type Description—Provides individuals with a description of their MBTI type and personality preferences.
  • Leadership Style—Describes how an individuals’ MBTI type influences their leadership approach.

DiSC® is a model of human behavior that helps people understand “why they do what they do.” The DiSC® dimensions of behavior (Dominance, influencing, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) make up the DiSC® model and interact with other factors to describe the typical behavioral styles of individuals.

DiSC® reports provide detailed behavioral analysis based upon your scores on the traits outlined above.
