Our comprehensive proposal includes a full description of the services you are interested in, draft schedules, faculty information and a cost estimate. When the proposal is to your liking we issue a contract and move forward with planning your event!
We will provide all participants with all information they need to prepare. Predatory materials may include workshop schedule, videos, faculty bios, additional resources and presentations. These materials vary depending on the seminar or workshop.
This is a 60-minute call with Jeff McCausland approximately 30 days prior to your event. You will discuss the final details, discuss implementing different learning modalities and ensuring that we have everything we need to create a valuable and one-of-a-kind leadership development experience.

90-Day Follow Up
This is the most valuable part of the adult learning experience. This is a facilitated discussion to recap the intentions and changes that were addressed during your experience – individually and organizationally. The facilitator will guide the group in finding ongoing solutions to challenges and celebrate the great successes that have happened thus far.
