Tanya McCausland
Chief Executive Officer

Tanya McCausland has been running Diamond6 with her father Jeff since it’s inception over 15 years ago. She is responsible for day-to-day business operations as well as assisting in the development of new workshops to keep Diamond6 on the cutting edge of effective leadership development. 

Tanya is a graduate of Penn State, B.S. in Communications. She completed two courses with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), learning valuable leadership lessons and extreme outdoor skills in one of America’s most wildest and untouched places.

During her early career as a radio producer for Martha Stewart Living Radio in New York City Tanya worked closely with staff, writers, radio hosts and celebrity guest to plan, produce and execute daily live radio programming. Thereafter she joined a business coaching firm in San Francisco. There she managed company projects, executive development events as well as sales and marketing. 

In 2012 Tanya completed a 2-year certification program in Holistic and Therapeutic Nutrition through Bauman College in Berkeley, CA. She speaks locally and nationally on executive and organizational wellness in addition to running popular online health programs. 

Cari Donley
Program Manager

Cari Donley is a graduate of Shippensburg University where she earned a B.S. in Education. After graduation she went on to pursue a career in business. Cari started her journey working with a local non-profit, right here in the heart of Carlisle. She served as the Business Manager for the Carlisle Performing Arts Center (CRPAC) for three years.

In 2009 Cari joined Ahold USA, holding several leadership positions throughout the organization during her tenure. As Sales Development Manager and later the HBC & Baby Care Merchandising Manager she focused on leadership and building strong teams to optimize cross functional collaboration and improve process and productivity.

For 5 years Cari shifted her focus toward family. Working as a stay at home Mom was one of the most challenging and immensely rewarding positions she has ever held. While she enjoyed it, Cari is ready to get back to business and use her positive energy, strong work ethic and proven leadership skills to assist with the continued growth and success of Diamond6 and its clients!

Ava Mowery
Executive Assistant

Ava Mowery is a recent graduate of Shippensburg University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication Studies and was inducted into the National Communication Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. With a background in education and a passion for fostering growth, Ava serves as the Executive Assistant at Diamond6 Leadership and Strategy, supporting the team in delivering impactful leadership and strategy workshops.

Ava is also a partner at Whispering Soul Equine Healing, where she combines her expertise in equine-assisted growth and learning with her dedication to helping individuals build confidence and resilience. 

Ava’s strong organizational skills, educational experience, and commitment to personal and professional development make her a great fit for the Diamond6 team..

Jonas Fowler
Summer Intern

Jonas Fowler is a senior at McDaniel College studying History and Secondary Education. He will be our boots on the ground, assisting with our summer workshops. He is eager to learn more about leadership and how one can develop to be a stronger leader and hopes to share his passion with others while assisting the Diamond6 team.
